FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: system has distributing pipes resting on horizontal cross pieces and provided with spray nozzles and droplet separators directed downwards. Cross pieces are equipped with support sections open from above and provided for introduction of distributing pipes. Every two support sections following one after another in longitudinal direction of cross piece are separated from each other by means of support for droplet separators. Multi-layer spraying head pieces flown over with cooling air flow are provided under cross pieces.

EFFECT: creation of system for reverse cooling of cooling water, which provides easy erection of distributing pipes, as well as considerably reduces the costs at further repair works.
