SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering, namely to designs of tower cooling towers with natural draft, widely used in circulating water supply systems in various industries. The tower cooling tower contains an exhaust tower made of a steel frame lined with sheathing, which is made of rod elements connected by bolted connections and forming a spatial lattice structure with the surface of a hyperboloid of revolution and skin, moreover, triangular-shaped modules are pre-assembled from the rod elements, which, when mounting the frame of the exhaust tower, are connected to each other by means of bolted connections, moreover, on forming a triangular the shape of the core elements of the modules is fixed, for example, by welding steel crossbars, the core elements are made of pipes, which are bolted together to form a triangular shape by means of mounting connectors made in the form of a composite rack assembled from a steel rod and a steel pipe rigidly connected to each other, solid in cross section, and the steel rod is made with radially rigidly fixed on it by welding along the rod with steel ribs, in which holes are made, and annular stiffeners fixed on the steel rod, on the steel pipe from the side of its free end along the steel pipe, two flat diametrically opposite steel ribs with holes are rigidly connected to it by welding, the modules in the frame of the exhaust tower are installed in such a way that one of the rod elements is located horizontally, and the other two rod elements block form the sides of the triangle formed by them and the crossbars are fixed on these rod elements, the horizontal rod element of the block is equipped with a lattice shelf located on the outside relative to the frame in the form of a steel truss, formed by a horizontally located steel rod, rigidly connected by means of short steel rods to the horizontal rod element of the block and by means of steel struts to the side rod elements of the block, while in the assembled frame of the exhaust tower, the rod elements of adjacent blocks are interconnected by means of radial ribs connected by bolting through holes made in the radial ribs and core elements of blocks, and the horizontal steel rods of the shelves of adjacent blocks are interconnected by means of a bolted connection with diametrically opposite steel ribs of mounting connecting units through the holes made in them to form horizontal annular ribs of transverse stiffness of the steel frame of the exhaust tower outside the steel frame, the steel frame of the exhaust tower is installed on a reinforced concrete ring foundation, on which, under each of the lower blocks of the steel frame, free-standing reinforced concrete blocks are installed with the support of the steel frame on the latter, the steel frame is sheathed with profiled sheets attached to the crossbars of the steel frame blocks, and inside the latter, a water-cooling system is installed with a water distribution system with different irrigation density of the central and peripheral irrigation zones for summer and winter periods of operation, including also an irrigation device, a water trap device, lower and upper anti-icing devices of the cooling tower, an ice trap system made in the form of a beam cage is installed in a steel frame, assembled on bolted joints from rolled steel, on top of which a grating with low aerodynamic resistance is provided, the lower part of the steel frame of the exhaust tower is made with an air supply control system, made in the form of a light-modular system of rotary shields with a drive for their rotation, and a drainage basin is made under the steel frame cooling towers.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the metal frame of the tower cooling tower with a simultaneous increase in heat transfer during the water cooling process in the circulating water supply system.
