FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tube (10) of an automatic firing arm (11), which carries out bending oscillations (S) while making a shot, where a damping device (20) is provided to damp bending oscillations (S). The damping device is designed to scatter kinetic energy of bending oscillations (S) by means of friction processes, which are initiated by bending oscillations (S) between two appropriate serially made shots in process of firing.
EFFECT: improved distribution of bullet hitting from an automatic firing arm and lower uneven distribution during bullet scattering.
