SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to combined pharmaceutical composition, pharmaceutical composition and pharmaceutical combine composition which are intended for pain treatment and contain 150 mg of ibuprofen and 500 mg of paracetamol, applied for delivery of 300 mg of ibuprofen and 1000 mg of paracetamole per dose introduction. Claimed compositions contain paracetamol and ibuprofen in ratio 50:15 and are made in form of separate units of dosage. Invention also relates to pharmaceutical package which contains tablets and capsules with said composition and instruction for consumer to take in two tablets or capsules not more than four times per day.

EFFECT: inventions ensure efficient pain relief with minimisation of unfavourable reactions, as well as synergistic pain relief.
