FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to construction, namely, to production of ceramic facing articles. Proposed method comprises feeding compacted clay mixture into, first, forming zone and, then, into setting zone arranged inside die carrier accommodating blockouts secured on support bracket. Thereafter, compacted bar with produced cavities is cut into separate briquettes to be dried. Note here that, at least, one separation element arranged inside forming zone starting from blockout support bracket inside die carrier, at points defined by designed joint surface, is used to form sections, not compacted, so that cracks may be made therein in drying.

EFFECT: ease of separation of briquettes.
