SUBSTANCE: invention relates to worn-out automotive tire recycling equipment. Proposed press comprises stationary bottom plate and moving top plate with bulged-cross-section working surface. Top plate drive is composed of crank-slide mechanism. Rod is rigidly jointed with top plate. Center of curvature of said bulged working surface is located on rod axis continuation of crank side. Radius of circle arc forming said bulged working surface is defined by claimed relationship.
EFFECT: sufficient abrasion of tire rubber.
