SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facing panel. Proposed panel comprises decorative side, thrust side to be placed on base, and connection layer made from wood chip material. Said connection element represents slot-spring joint. Connection layer surface facing decorative side is provided with, at least, one cellular-structure intermediate layer directly or indirectly bonded with decorative layer. Connection layer surface facing thrust side is provided with, at least, another cellular-structure intermediate layer directly or indirectly bonded with thrust layer.
EFFECT: decreased consumption of timber.
