FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for finishing a wood board (fibreboard) with an upper face and a lower face. This method for finishing wood board (1) with upper face (O) and the lower face (U) involves the following steps: a) applying an undercoat made of melamine resin on upper face (O), wherein the melamine resin at least partially penetrates into the upper face layer of wood board (1), b) drying the undercoat until the formation of undercoat layer (2), c) applying the base colour on undercoat layer (2), the base colour is dried before the formation of base colour layer (3), e) applying the base colour to base colour layer (3) to create a decorative element, e) drying the decorative element to form decorative layer (4); g) applying a liquid melamine resin to dried decorative layer (4), h) drying the melamine resin to form melamine resin layer (5), and) applying a liquid medium with a proportion of isocyanate groups to melamine resin layer (5).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the well-known lamination manufacturing process using melamine resin, so that laminates with a warmer, softer and less resonant lining are produced in a simple and safe way and in addition to this, the manufacturing process can be easily integrated into the existing technological processes.
