FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure measurement equipment and can be used in calibration equipment. Device for creation of reference pressure in volume with working substance contains volume with working substance, pressure setting device, connected with comparison and control unit, sensor and pressure meter in volume with working substance, in addition, there is an element for creating pressure in volume with working substance, sensor and meter of external static pressure, comparator device, first input of which is connected to sensor output and pressure meter arranged inside volume with working substance, second input is connected to sensor output and external static pressure meter, and output is to input of comparator and control unit, which output is connected to input of pressure generator, wherein pressure setting device is made in form of series-connected pressure generator and drive stem, which is made in contact with pressure generating element. Element to create pressure in volume with working substance is made in form of bellow valve.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of creation of reference pressure in volume with working substance at calibration of pressure measuring devices.
