FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: lighting device has a conducting main housing at earth potential, a light-emitting device (1) in the main housing and an illumination control device configured to supply power to the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes a substrate (2) having an insulating layer (22) and an emitting layer (23) with specific conductivity, formed from conducting material and laminated onto the insulating layer, a plurality of light-emitting elements (3) fitted on the emitting layer, and a power line (4) configured for electrical connection of light-emitting elements and making the emitting layer electrically insulating. The lighting device also has an illumination control device (7) configured to supply power to the light-emitting device.
EFFECT: preventing temperature rise in the light-emitting element which prolongs service life and improves luminous efficacy.
