FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: light source circuit module includes: a circuit substrate having a wiring pattern on a surface thereof, wiring pattern having light reflectivity; a circular pedestal provided on circuit substrate; a water-repelling region provided at least from a peripheral edge portion of pedestal to a part of a side face of the pedestal; and one or two or more light-emitting device chips mounted on pedestal, and driven by a current that flows through the wiring pattern, wherein pedestal is made of electroconductive material.
EFFECT: high efficiency of extracting light source module circuit, as well as an illuminator and a display, which include such module.
