FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a display structure having at least one display module, the display structure including: at least one substrate layer comprising polymer, glass, ceramic, or composite materials and an electrically conductive integrated circuit with electronic components, when applicable, and light emitting devices; at least one electrically conductive layer capable of intelligently controlling the light emitting devices; the display module contains at least one coating or molded layer that protects the display structure from moisture and other environmental influences; moreover, the display structure further comprises, when applicable, a series of structural through-holes extending through the entire display structure; the display structure is configured to be constructed from display modules manufactured with smaller dimensions by connecting a suitable number of display modules to obtain rows and columns; and at the same time, the display structure is adapted to be used in adverse environmental conditions, including ice conditions and being in the open air. Various coating layers and materials can be selected for use in ice conditions and outdoors. The corresponding manufacturing method also forms part of the invention.
EFFECT: invention performs its functions effectively and can be used in adverse environmental conditions.
