SUBSTANCE: thermal treatment of the moulded electrode semi-product (basically containing silicon and lithium) proceeds within a package composed of compressed electrode semi-products separated with molybdenum or titanium plates (0.1-0.3) mm thick under piling pressure equal to (10-15) MPa during at least 30 min.

EFFECT: increase of the electrode capacity utilisation efficiency coefficient and reduction of reject rate during manufacture.
