SUBSTANCE: wireless terminal (1) sends to a wireless basic station (2) a parameter (3) of a message, which includes information identifying a trigger message (4), and a message size indicating length of message data (6), which must be sent from the wireless terminal (1) to the wireless basic station (2). The wireless basic station (2) sends the trigger message (4) to the wireless terminal (1), and afterwards it dedicates for the wireless terminal (1) a wireless pass band, corresponding to the message size of a message (6), which must be sent, and also sends to the wireless terminal (1) the dedication information (5) indicating the dedicated wireless pass band. The wireless terminal (1) sends the message (6), which must be sent, to the wireless basic station (2) by using the wireless pass band specified by the dedication information (5).
EFFECT: provision of efficient message exchange by means of a wireless terminal.
