FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely apparatuses for reconstructive treatment of finger joint injures and diseases. The apparatus comprises proximal and distal portions coupled with a hinge joint. The proximal portion is one-piece and consists of a leg, a round ring swelling and a cylinder. The leg represents a truncated cone a side surface of which is longitudinally grooved. A base of the cone comprises the round ring swelling of the diameter exceeding that of the base of the cone. The round ring swelling has a cylinder of the diameter being less than that of the round ring swelling and more than that of the base of the cone. The distal portion of the cylinder has a ring for the hinge joint with the distal portion of the endoprosthetic joint. The distal portion of the endoprosthetic joint is presented in the form of an apex-thickened tetrahedral pyramid. There are eyes placed on two opposite faces of the pyramid at 1/3 of its height from the base of the pyramid, while the base of the other two faces of the pyramids comprises rings for hinge joint by an ring axis on the distal portion of the cylinder.

EFFECT: invention provides a rehabilitation effect of prosthetic repair ensured by enabling grasping and flexion-extension functions of the ligamentous apparatus of the thumb, and restoring an anatomical length of the thumb.
