FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of powder sorbents for cleaning sulfur-bearing smoke fumes by adsorption. Proposed device comprises hollow coaxially arranged outer and inner cylinders. Note here that inner cylinder is provided with sorbent feed branch pipe while outer cylinder has air feed branch pipe. Inner cylinder outlet is made up of diffuser with plane-parallel outlet for spraying of sorbent. Outer cylinder outlet is made up of diffuser with plane-parallel outlet for spraying of sorbent for air spraying covering aforesaid sorbent spraying diffuser outlet. In particular version, sorbent spraying diffuser opening may make 60° to 90°.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of powder sorbent.
