FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for reconditioning gearbox housing roll bearings seats. Proposed device is provided with rectangular cross-section fixed strut with lower round cross-section part and outer thread, grading mandrels secured to said strut by adjusting screws with handles, and moving strut provided with threaded holes for mounting moving centers with rectangular cross-section nozzles and T-like ledge on lower end part. Note here that mounting plate has holes with inner thread for attachment of fixed strut, and holes with T-like bottom for location of moving strut. Thermal pickup is arranged inside grading nozzles provided with handles and connector assembly. Heating elements and thermal pickup are connected to thermal controller.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
