FIELD: apparatuses for calibrating polymeric composition applied onto worn openings of body parts, possibly for restoring mounting surfaces of rolling bearings of gear box casings.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for restoring openings of body parts includes calibrating mandrels having on outer surface helical grooves and in inner cavity - heating members electrically connected in series with thermal controller through diode bridge with step-down transformer and AC-source. Thermal controller includes timer, temperature sensitive member, actuating device, electronic switch and power source.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of restoration process, improved quality of applied coating.
