FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to restoration of holes in body parts for rolling bearings and may be used in factories to repair trays of motor and crawler equipment transmission. In method layer of polymer composition is applied onto surface of hole walls, and this composition contains the following components - Anaterm-6V, active organic filler - furnace black of P-234 grade, active metal filler - aluminium powder PAP-2 with the following ratio of components per 100 wt parts of anaerobic sealant, wt parts: aluminium powder - 155, furnace black - 18, copper powder - 0.3-0.5, with its further moulding by mandrel for rated size and thermal treatment of formed coating. At the same time thermal treatment of formed coating is carried out in steps at the following temperature modes: heating layer of polymer composition to the temperature of 90-100°C and maintenance for 10-15 minutes with further cooling, then heating up to temperature of 30-50°C for 25-30 minutes until composition is fully polymerised.

EFFECT: improved quality of applied polymer coating and strength for axial shift in restored bearing joints, and also reduced time of its thermal treatment and polymerisation.
