FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of mortars. Concrete mixer housing is arranged on foundation by means of frame equipped with air cylinders. Said housing is made up of sections representing rectangular prisms formed by cutting cube in diagonal. Every said sections if composed of rectangular base and lateral faces representing two isosceles triangles with their bases attached at 90° to larger sides of rectangular base. Length of rectangular base smaller side equal that of isosceles triangle sides to make multistart screw surface, four broken screw lines of main direction and two broken lines of opposite direction along drum edges. Helical spring with device to vary turn pitch by spring compression or expansion is arranged along container length. Housing incorporates pipeline with fixed conical screw nozzle to feed mixing water to distance L.

EFFECT: expanded process performances, intensive mixing.
