FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of mortars. Proposed concrete mixer comprises rotary housing mounted on foundation by means of the frame and air cylinders. It consists of sections, each turned relative to previous for 90° and having cross section area increasing from loading side to unloading side with respect to that of previous section. Every section consists of two subsections. First of the latter is made up of larger regular trapezoid with its lateral sides connected at 90° with larger lateral sides of two larger scalene triangles the base of which are equal to top base of aforesaid trapezoid while second subsection is made up of smaller regular trapezoid connected by lateral sides with smaller sides of two smaller scalene triangles the bases of which are equal to smaller sides of smaller scalene triangles with their bases equal to smaller sides of larger scalene triangles of the first subsection and connected therewith. Top bases of both aforesaid trapezoids of two subsections are equal between themselves and to bases of first subsection larger scalene triangles and interconnected to form smaller inlet of the section. Bottom bases of regular trapezoids of two subsections equal between themselves and to larger lateral sides of smaller scalene triangles of second subsection and connected with larger lateral sides of smaller scalene triangles of second subsection to form larger outlet of the section. Dash broken screw lines are formed along the housing perimetre to increase along housing length fro loading size to unloading size. Aforesaid housing is provided with hardening water feed pipeline fitted at distance L from housing face and furnished with fixed taper screw nozzle made up of conical multistart tube consisting of three and more screw strips twisted in vertical plane with different width.
EFFECT: simplified drive, longer life, expanded operating performances.
