FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: housing of a concrete mixer is made of sections connected in turn to each other throughout its length with their end holes in the form of polygons. Each of the sections is assembled of two subsections; the first subsection is made along the perimeter of at least four similar first oblique triangles that are connected in turn with their lateral sides to lateral sides of at least four similar second oblique triangles, the bases of which are larger than bases of the first four oblique triangles with formation of small and big end holes in the form of polygons. The second subsection is made of at least four similar equilateral triangles connected in turn along the perimeter and having the lateral sides equal to bases of the second oblique triangles of the first subsection with lateral sides of at least four similar oblique triangles, with an apex angle of 90°, with formation of small and big end holes in the form of polygons. A big end hole in the form of a polygon of the first subsection is equal to a low end hole in the form of a polygon of the second subsection. Subsections are connected to each other in a section with their end holes in the form of polygons, and throughout the length of the housing there mounted is a spring of a conical shape with a flat section of turns and with direction of turns, which is opposite to rotation direction of the housing, and which is provided with a turn pitch variation device by its tension or compression.

EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities; improving efficiency and simplifying the design.
