FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regulating devices mounted along trains route and can be used in automated systems of interval train traffic on subway lines. Device contains power amplifier the input of which is connected to processor control unit, and constant memory device. Control unit contains module of external interface support, generator of main automatic speed regulation signal, generator of warning automatic speed regulation signal, generator of tonal rail circuit signal, adder and two detectors of adjacent rail circuits tone signals. In parallel with power amplifier outputs, tonal rail circuit signal current sensor is included. This sensor is connected to detectors of adjacent rail circuits tone signals. All generators, detectors and constant memory device are interconnected with external interface support module, detector outputs are connected to adder the output of which is connected with power amplifier.

EFFECT: generation of signals of automatic speed regulation and tonal rail circuit with simultaneous receive and processing the signals of tone rail circuit.
