FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety provisions of railway transport and can be used to control short-circuits of insulated joints. Receiver of tonal rail circuit contains assembly for inductive conversion of rail circuits signals. This assembly is made as two-input current transformer the primary windings of which are connected to track in opposite phases. Secondary winding of transformer is connected to processor control unit via load resistor.

EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
