SUBSTANCE: system contains tone-frequency rail circuits, to the supply end of each a respective generator of rail-line monitoring signals is connected through the filter, the first capacitor, the first limiting resistor and the first matching transformer connected in series, and to the relay end of the rail circuit the input of the corresponding receiver with the path relay at the output is connected through the second matching transformer, the second limiting resistor and the second capacitor connected in series. Wherein the outputs of the control units of isolating joints are connected with their outputs through the CAN-interface bus of the system inter-module communication transmission with the disconnection circuits of the respective ALS signal generators, and the locomotives of the trains involved in the system control are equipped with complex locomotive safety devices including decoders of the ALS numeric code signals and decoders of the multi-valued ALS frequency-type signals.
EFFECT: improving the train traffic safety and the station throughput capacity.
