SUBSTANCE: cutting tool holder has insert and fixing head, note that the fixing head has socket for cutter, and fixing head in the direction of tool supply, at least, partially protrudes forward in relation to the insert head or above it, note that the fixing head has solid pre-shaped area with, at least, one bearing surface made in direction of supply, at least, partially before the insert head. Base part for cutting tool holder location has pin socket and supporting head that forms a support, note that supporting head is installed in the direction of supply before the pin socket and fixes the support before the pin socket.
EFFECT: endurance of large loads that appear at open-pit mining and optimised distribution of efforts as well as long service life and increase of operating reliability.
