SUBSTANCE: tool carrier comprises an insert attachment and a fixing attachment with a seat for a cutting tool, besides, the insert attachment comprises one support section, and the fixing part - an adjacency section, besides, the adjacency section and/or the support section have two adjacency sections, accordingly, support surfaces arranged at the angle to each other, besides, the middle longitudinal axis of the seat for the cutting tool and the longitudinal axis of the insert attachment form a blunt angle, and the support surface or support surfaces are aligned opposite to the direction of cutting tool feed. The locating part to receive the specified tool carrier comprises a plug seat, an attachment and a support attachment, besides, the support attachment forms a support with one or several adjacency surfaces, and the attachment - a supporting bearing with one or several additional adjacency surfaces, besides, the support attachment has two adjacency surfaces faced against the direction of feed, and/or the attachment has two additional adjacency surfaces, faced in direction of the tool feed. Adjacency surfaces and/or additional adjacency surfaces are installed prismatically at the angle to each other, and the adjacency surface forms a blunt angle with the middle longitudinal axis of the plug seat. A tooling system includes the specified tool carrier (20) and the specified locating part.

EFFECT: strong rigid stable support of a tool carrier relative to a locating part, especially under high loads.
