FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: moisture-proof external shell for long-measuring lengthy objects, preferably cables and pipes, consisting of a polymer material, differing by the fact that the specified shell is made by extrusion in the form of the main polymer layer with additives providing for specific surface electric resistance in the range from 106 to 109 Ohm, jointly with a conducting structure of cellular shape adjacent to the surface in contact with it and electrically continuous along the entire length with an area of an elementary cell limited with conducting elements of not more than 4 cm2 or a linear shape with the minimum distance between any two adjacent conducting linear elements of not more than 2 cm.

EFFECT: prevention of electrostatic charges accumulation in conditions, when discharges of electrostatic charges carry risks for electronic equipment or may serve as a reason for explosion of explosive gaseous products when installing objects in explosive areas.
