SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a multiuser multifunctional automated public service point (APSP) comprising: a cabin with an automatic entrance door, an external fully functional automated teller machine (ATM)/or terminal for receiving payments or issuing cash, an external terminal for receiving payments and an external information terminal. The cabin of the APSP includes a user working area having a user workstation which includes a document processing apparatus, a data display unit, an audio and video communication apparatus, an apparatus making payments and a control device. The ATM/terminals and terminals operate with a single secure cash storage safe, wherein delivery of notes/coins from the cash storage into the issue trays of the ATM/ terminals and terminals, and reception of notes/coils from the receiving trays into the cash storage takes place through a conveyor system.
