SUBSTANCE: system comprises centre of obligations, M terminals of sales people, K payment terminals, N information carriers, rewritable and/or non-rewritable with machine-readable identification markers and T terminals of customers, receiving, coding, decoding, generating, transmitting machine-readable identification markers. At the same time goods and/or services are identified, this information is saved in their databases and is sent to centre of obligations, where single base of machine-readable markers of obligations is generated. With the help of specified markers, orders are sent and received on information carriers and/or terminals of customers, including mobile ones, besides, orders are received and goods and/or services are sold at payment terminals.
EFFECT: improved functional capabilities for sales and ordering, reduced number of errors during input of information, provision of safe payments effectuation.
