SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and is intended for treatment of patients with congenital and acquired defects and deformation of lower wall of orbit, as well as in cases of its partial or complete absence. Formation of eyeball bed is carried out, after lifting eyeball, with installation between the latter and lower wall of orbit of cylindrically twisted woven mesh nickelide-titanium implant, corresponding to length and width of orbit tissue preparation, and in height - to value of transfer, after maximal compression in vertical direction. In patients with defects or absence of lower wall of orbit surgery is carried out from the side of maxillary sinus, upper wall of which is replaced by its formation from superelastic thin-profile fabric implant on the basis of nickelide-titanium, which is fixed to bone edges around defect or is used in the manner of self-fixation, with preliminary preparation of bed between soft tissues and remaining bone part of lower wall of orbit.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out correction of eyeball position in its orbit.
