SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and can be used for treatment of tuboovarian infertility in case of chronic and acute chlamidial infection. For this purpose mixture containing 20.0 ml of 20% solution of ofloxacin, 2.0 ml of 2% solution of lidocaine, 5000 U of hemase, 50.0 mg of prednizolone is introduced by paracervical way. Introduction is performed daily 1 time per day during 10-20 days.

EFFECT: method ensures targeted delivery directly to affected pelvic organs of such therapeutic mixture which ensures efficiency of treatment of specific inflammatory process, which results in elimination of infertility.
