SUBSTANCE: use a silicone, or latex, or rubber catheter. The distal end of the catheter is inserted through the cervical canal into the uterine cavity and medicated through the hole in the proximal end of the catheter into the uterine cavity through the catheter airway. In this case, a gas or liquid medicament is supplied through a branch pipe with a plug at the proximal end. The plug is plunged by a piston with a rod into the catheter air channel so that when the piston does not reach the nipple channel, the plug position is open for drug delivery. When the piston goes into the interior of the air passage beyond the opening area of the nipple channel, it is urged so that the plug closes the air channel opening at the proximal end of the catheter to close the supply of drugs and simultaneously to exit the container from the gas or syringe.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the traumatism of this method of treatment, the rate of removal of drugs from the uterine cavity, provides for the introduction of liquid and gas medicinal forms of drugs into the uterine cavity.
