FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to cosmetic product sterilisation. For this purpose, the cosmetic product representing a fluid medium circulates under pressure adjusted by the viscosity of said fluid medium in a sterilisation circuit in the form of a coil tubing passing thought a bath. A sterilisation process involves the following sequential procedures. The sterilised cosmetic product is pre-heated in a pre-heating bath heated to temperature 90 degrees Celsius wherein the product is heated to temperature at least 70°C. It is followed by fast heating for a few seconds of the pre-heated cosmetic product in the heating bath heated to 180 degrees Celsius so that to heat the product to temperature at least 135°C. Then the heated cosmetic product is immediately and quickly frozen in a cooling glycolic bath. The cooled product is conditioned in the sterile environment. What is also presented is a device for implementing the method for cosmetic product sterilisation.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables preparing the cosmetic product with no preserving agents added.
