FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fine homogenised mixes with preset concentration of components. Proposed plant comprises channels to feed solution of three components to allow filtration, proportioning and forced fed of said solution. First component is fed into mixer. Second component is fed into foam generator. Mixer mixes first component and foamed second component to output fine mix. Third component is fed into second mixer to mix it with fine mix at first mixer outlet. Low-expansion foam generator comprises cylindrical casing with flanges on its ends. One of said flanges is provided with nozzle to feed water solution of foam generator. Casing sidewall has air feed branch pipe. Mixing chamber is arranged inside said casing.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
