FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, namely, foam concrete articles. Proposed line comprises bins and feeders of cement and sand, water tank with water feed pump, mixer, tank with foam forming agent solution proportioner, foam generator, foam and concrete mixer, and cutting complex. Bins with dry components feeders and water feed device are connected with mixers. Foam generator and mixer are connected with foam and concrete mixer. Additionally, the line comprises bin with feeder for fiber material and device to feed compressed air to foam generator. Mixer is composed of activator including cylindrical casing and taper bottom accommodating driven shaft with slotted mixing disc fitted thereon. Activator casing is arranged vertically on struts and connected with strain gages arranged between shell rings. Top shell ring is rigidly secured on activator casing. Bottom shell ring is secured at struts. Strain gages are connected with dry component feeder drives and water feeder to adjust their loading in activator. Cutting complex comprises cutting machine with platform to support foam-and-concrete bulk, device for vertical cutting of set bulk into separate blocks composed by sawing chains tightened on frame, pusher arranged to displace along said platform, complex control unit.

EFFECT: homogeneous porous mix, simplified process.
