FIELD: treating fuels and oils. SUBSTANCE: cavitation generator has supplying pipe line, outer delivery chamber, discharging pipe line, and ultrasonic emitter with a tangential inlet opening. The emitter consists of movable and fixed portion that abut against each other so that the movable portion can rotate about its axis. Inlet tangential openings of the emitter has replaceable inserts of different cross-sections. The discharging pipe line has one or several inner pipes coaxial to each other and to the pipe line.
