FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed machine comprises casting mould 1 wherefrom billet 2 is continuously drawn. Billet 2 is directed along roller arc-like guidance system made up of guide rollers (11, 12, 13, 14) arranged one after another. Billets are cooled in cooling chamber by sprayers. Guide rollers (12, 13, 14) and/or sprayers are located in several centering modules arranged one after another and several spraying modules. Said modules may be automatically rearranged concentric with billet axis.
EFFECT: symmetric cooling of billet, decreased thermal overload and surface damages.
