SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed method comprises mounting and fastening carcass on structure relative to preset support geometrical surfaces. Some said surfaces are rigidly jointed with fastening supports while other surface are rigidly jointed with girder. Carcass first part id equipped with compensation parts arranged to be adjusted on carcass. Carcass second part is secured onto fastening supports. Compensation parts are arranged at definite distance from the beam after fastening. Carcass mounting on structure is complemented by displacement of compensation parts to contact with the beam. Bumper to be mounted on vehicle structure comprises carcass. Said structure comprises bottom part made up of crosswise girder and lengthwise girders, and fastening supports retained by lengthwise girders. Carcass comprises first part furnished with adjustable compensation parts to get in contact with girder and second part to be secured on fastening supports. Said vehicle comprises bottom part made up of crosswise girder and lengthwise girders, and fastening supports retained by lengthwise girders. Vehicle comprises bumper secured on support to thrust against the girder.
