FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to vehicle collision protection facilities: vehicle underrun protection device, vehicle with such device, as well as fastening device, fastening element and breakable nut used in the device. Vehicle underrun protection device contains beam attached to fastening element for connecting with frame. This element provides beam mechanical mounting to part of vehicle frame. The beam runs longitudinally and is made capable to be shifted under action of force being actually parallel to horizontal plane. The device also contains straight rail located between each of fastening elements for connecting with frame and fastening device. The device contains breakable nut which is fixing facility for fastening elements serving for mounting the rail to fastening device. The breakable nut is made capable to break at certain value of force which provides shifting the fastening element for connection with frame in horizontal plane with holding it vertical direction when such force is acting.
EFFECT: improvement of vehicle passengers safety in collision.
