SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to finish concrete and plastered surfaces. The composition contains the following in wt %: liquid sodium glass of density 1.46 g/cm3 with modulus 2.8 - 3.51-4.3, talc - 26.6-29.8, ground chalk - 36.0-42.3, aqueous dispersion of lacroten polymer E-21 - 1.8-3.5, 4% sol of ortho-silicic acid with pH=3.0-4.0 - 24.1-28.1.
EFFECT: invention accelerates hardening of the composition.
