FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; bulb onions, carrots are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and mixed. One proceeds with sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the flour mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf. One cooks the mixture and adds acetic acid to produce a sauce. One meals sprats in wheat flour and fries them in vegetable oil, packs, seals and sterilises the sprats, vegetable mixture and sauce.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
