SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to aerosol valve actuator. Valve is arranged atop aerosol container. Actuator comprises top and bottom parts. Bottom part is arranged on aerosol container while top part is arranged on lower part to turn between first position of valve actuation and second position of valve locking. Bottom part comprises snap rod and flexible snap rib. Top part comprises element of said snap rod and snap rib. Snap rod has first surface to interact with snap rib and deflect it inward toward direction of top part turn, and second surface to interact with snap rib to deflect it outward in second direction of top part turn. Snap rib bounces backward from deflected position to produce snapping sound in every direction of top part turn.
EFFECT: reliable indication of angular dispenser.
