FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: starter has the through channel, intended for directing of the flowing product from the valve outside the starter through the output hole and rod element. Hole is located at end of the through channel. The rod element limits part of the through channel. The rod element goes along the longitudinal axis and is aligned with the longitudinal axis, it has end face near the said output hole. Improvement includes the through channel, that continues in side direction through the end face of the rod element. The through channel is symmetrical relatively to the side axis passing transversely to the longitudinal axis of the rod element. Section of the through channel is connected directly with the said output hole to direct the flowing product from the through channel to the output hole.
EFFECT: improvement of the design.
