FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the polymer industry and can be used to manufacture articles with an increased level of gasoline-oil resistance – seals, belts, conveyor belts, hoses, and parts with increased ozone and weather resistance. Coagulation of a mixture of natural rubber latex and unstabilized polyvinylchloride latex is effected by 1 % aqueous solution of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride. Curing system is introduced into the resulting substrate at a temperature of 50 °C followed by vulcanization of the formed composition.
EFFECT: increase in the resistance of the thermoplastic elastomer to the action of organic liquids and aggressive media while maintaining its deformation-strength properties is provided.
