SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one light diode matrix (LD), which includes at least one light diode connected with a wiring circuit board (14), at least one heat sink (11), installed and connected with a light diode matrix (matrices), and a light-transmitting light-transferring element (15), made of transparent or semi-transparent material, serving to direct light to objects that require lighting, which is arranged and configured so that the light arriving to a light-conducting element enters it at a certain angle so that it falls at the borders of the light-conducting element at the angle, which is smaller than the value of the angle of inner reflection of the light-conducting element, reflects back inside the body of the light-reflecting element and passes along the length of this element. A combination of a preset cross section of a light guide and a detailed worked external edge may be used to produce specially selected scattering of light emitted at the external end of the light guide. Multiple light guides using same or different distributions of light at the end may be combined to produce a general light distribution, which is created by a lighting device.
