FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering, namely to illumination devices based on a light guide with end illumination by light-emitting diodes, which can be used for indoor and outdoor lighting. Disclosed light-emitting diode lamp with a cylindrical light guide comprises a hollow body made of a heat-conducting material, having a remote portion for fastening the means for connection to the mains; hollow cylindrical light guide having a side light-emitting surface equipped with elements of optical non-uniformity, and end surfaces on the ends of the light guide, the first of which is placed in the cavity of the housing; printed circuit board in the form of a ring with light-emitting diodes, which is installed with possibility of illumination of the end surface of the light guide; a fixing cover fixed on the second end of the cylindrical light guide; an air passage including a light guide cavity and through holes in the body and in the lid; and means for connection to electric network mounted on remote part of housing. LED lamp is also equipped with a hollow cylindrical heat sink, the surface of which is divided into two parts by a circular ledge, on which a printed-circuit board is mounted, which first part is fixed in the housing, and the second part is installed in the light guide cavity so that a ventilation gap is formed between the heat sink and the light guide forming a single convection space with the ventilation channel elements. Fixing cover is connected with cylindrical heat sink by means of elastic retainers. Besides, it is equipped with annular limiter installed between heat sink and light guide and having external ledge located between surface of LED board and end surface of light guide, preventing mechanical contact of light guide with light-emitting diodes and providing clamping of board to surface of projection on heat sink due to availability of elastic annular gasket between fixing cover and ends of light guide and heat removal. In another embodiment, the LED lamp can be equipped with two hollow cylindrical heat sinks.
EFFECT: technical result is improved heat removal, high light output and wider range of LED lamps.
