FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering, namely, to heating systems on solid fuel. A continuous burning furnace comprises a body comprising several panels, where lower and upper holes are made for discharge of smoke gases, holes with gas tight loading and ash doors, an air intake hole connected to an air duct and an air distributor, which comprises a plate-base with a hole in the centre, with a nozzle fixed above, having holes in the side surface and an external movable ring with a fixator relative to the nozzle and response holes, and also an additional plate with a hole in the centre, fixed under the main plate, besides, the movable ring has a gap relative to the nozzle, the area of the cross section of which is 20-25%, the area of the hole in the additional plate is around 45%, and the area of the cross section between the plates in the projection of the generatrix of the nozzle is around 55% from the area of the hole in the nozzle, at the same time in the nozzle of the upper hole for discharge of smoke gases there is a gate installed, having a manual and an automatic drive from a heat controller installed on a stack, the second heat controller is installed on the body and is connected to the gate above the air intake hole, and outside the body in several centimetres from it there is a heat insulating screen installed, the inner surface of which is made with the high coefficient of reflection in an infrared area of the spectrum.
EFFECT: increased stability of the furnace efficiency in the entire range of generated thermal capacities.
