FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, namely to heating systems with boilers for solid fuel and can be used to create heating systems with improved technical and operational characteristics and expanded functionality. Continuous burning solid boiler contains a body with double walls, forming a sealed cavity for the coolant, with a loading door and an ignition door, divided into a bunker and a heat exchange cavity. The cavities communicate with each other through a gas window located in the lower part of the hopper and an afterburner. The boiler contains a chimney pipe at the outlet of the heat exchange cavity, an inlet air duct, an inlet air damper, an ash pan with an ash box and a heat-insulating casing, as well as fireclay plates installed on the bottom of the hopper with a slope on both sides of the grate with gaps near the side walls of the hopper, distributed supply air ducts primary and secondary air, connected to the inlet air duct, a smoke exhaust damper located in the upper part of the boiler between the bunker and heat exchange cavities. The secondary air duct is installed in the gas window, and the gas path is made of parallel straight short and descending-ascending long sections, while the short section is made adjustable in flow area using a damper with a manual or automatic control drive. The primary air duct is made around the ash pan and communicates with the bunker cavity through an opening in its bottom and between the fireclay plates and the side walls of the bunker cavity and openings in the side wall of the ash pan and the ash box.
EFFECT: increases efficiency of fuel combustion, expanding the range of restructuring of the generated power, reducing deposits on heat exchange surfaces, including hard-to-remove ones, as well as increasing operational safety.
