FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: latticed structure of resources may be used to dedicate resources for proper users, to an appropriate such channel (for instance, to a physical upperlink control channel (PUCCH)). The resources lattice may be established using one or more cyclic shifts and a set of four orthogonal coats, in order to ensure higher efficiency of resources use. Additionally, slots in the resources lattice may be dedicated for appropriate users on the basis of user indices through one or more functions of resources dedication. For instance, the function of resources dedication may perform steps on the first orthogonal coverage with rising cyclic shifts, alternate between the second and fourth orthogonal coverages with rising cyclic shifts upon completion of the first orthogonal coverage and perform steps on the third orthogonal coverage with rising cyclic shifts upon completion of the second and fourth orthogonal coverages.

EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of a communication channel.
